TERMS & CONDITIONS:
It is a fully furnished apartment and the rental price includes the use of water, gas and
electricity and a final cleaning upon departure. All bed linens and towels are
included except beach/pool towels. Arrival and departure date should be Saturday, if
at all possible. Arrive after 3 pm and departure before 11 am.
Smoking inside house is not permitted. No pets allowed.
SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 200 Euros required upon booking. This amount will be returned
after keys have been returned and inspection of the apartment has been made.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS:
A written confirmation will be sent to you after approval of dates requested. In
order to hold your reservation, a deposit of 200 Euros is
required. The payment should be made by certified cheque or bank
draft/transfer. Once your deposit has been received, a confirmation will be sent
to you and your reservation will be considered definite. The balance is to be
received 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
